Description

Bronze БрА10Ж3Мц1,5 is used: for the manufacture of semi-finished pipes and long products (bars); elements of forged workpieces; extruded tubes; separators of rolling bearings; tube plates of condensers; parts of chemical equipment; parts cryogenic equipment; welding round drawn and extruded bars with a diameter from 6.0 to 8.0 mm, for the manufacture of electrodes for welding aluminum-iron bronze and automatic welding of bronze submerged.

Bronze badly deformed in the cold state, is deformed in the hot state, has high strength at elevated temperatures, corrosion resistance, high erosion and cavitation resistance.
The coefficient of friction of bronze without lubrication 0,21−0,25; with grease — 0,004−0,012. The maximum permissible speed is 5 m/s.
Analog bronze БрА10Ж3Мц1,5 at the CMEA 377−76 is bronze CuAl10Fe3Mn1.
