Description

Cast iron Achs-2 applies: for the production of acceptable castings with wall thickness 15 — 60 mm; parts operating friction (inserts, bushings, guides, etc.); details for work in a pair of shafts increased hardness heat-treated (tempered or normalized) while ensuring: increased clearance for 15−30% more than for the bronze bearing; careful installation and accurate pairing of the friction surfaces; a continuous, thorough lubrication; running at idle.

Note

Grey antifriction cast iron with lamellar graphite.

Technological properties

Name The value
Microstructure Perlite or pearlitic-ferritic. Graphite: a form - ПГф1, ПГф2, ПГф4, ВГф5; size - ПГД15 - ПГД180; distribution - ПГр1 - ПГр3. Perlite: footprint - P-П70; dispersion - ПД0,3 - ПД1,6. Fosfina the eutectic (nature of distribution) - ФЭр1, ФЭр2. Cementite is not allowed.
Operating conditions The use of castings made of cast iron notificationname in friction requires careful installation, providing the pair of the friction surfaces and the absence of bias; continuous lubrication, permitting true and significant heating of the friction units; increase of the gap compared to the established bronze 15-30%, in the presence of significant heating osetreni in the work - up to 50%; running at idle and progressively higher loads. At a pressure of P≤10.0 MPa sliding speed V must be ≤0.3 m/s and the product P·V ≤ 2.5 MPa·m/s At a pressure of P≤0.1 MPa sliding speed V must be ≤3.0 m/s and the product P·V ≤ 0.3 MPa·m/s.
