By chemical elements CuPb

Description

Molybdenum MS is used: for the manufacture of wire with a diameter of from 20 to 200 microns obtained by the method of powder metallurgy and used for the manufacture of meshes in electronic products.

Note

Molybdenum doped cobalt, iron and Nickel (separately or in sum), characterized by increased compared with the molybdenum stamps MCH ductility in the annealed condition.

Mo is the basis.
According to the OST 11 021.004-76 chemical composition is given for molybdenum grade MS. The additive content of cobalt, iron, nickel (separately or in the sum) should be within 0,020-0,10%. The total mass fraction of impurities should not be more than 0.040%. The amount of impurities includes the following elements: calcium, magnesium, silicon, nickel, iron, aluminum, if they are not additives.

Technological properties

Name The value
Particularities of production of goods For OST 11 021.004-76 wire micron size range comes in the following six groups: A. Wire having on a surface layer of the technological lubricant; B. Wire, free from technological lubricant by electrochemical etching method; B. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties, Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties; D. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared to the wire group has higher strength and less elongation; E. Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared with the wire of the group G has a higher coefficient "K" and a smaller elongation.
