Standards

Name Code Standards
Sheets and strips В53 GOST 23755-79, TU 1-5-357-75
Non-ferrous metals, including rare, and their alloys В51 OST 1 92077-91, TU 1-5-453-78

Chemical composition

Standard C Si Fe N Al V Ti O Zr
OST 1 92077-91 ≤0.07 ≤0.12 ≤0.25 ≤0.04 1.5-3.5 0.5-2.5 Rest ≤0.14 0.3
Ti is the basis.
According to OST 1 92077-91 the total allowable content of Cu + Ni ≤ 0.10%, including Ni ≤ 0.08%. The amount of other impurities (not listed in the table, including copper and nickel) ≤ 0.30%. The content of hydrogen in ingots should be ≤ 0.006%. Addition of modifying additives in an amount of ≤ 0.003% is allowed. The alloy modified with boron has an additional index "B".
