Description

Alloy Amg5k used: for the manufacture of ingots and shaped castings by various casting methods (sand casting, investment casting, gravity die casting, pressure casting); casting parts of valves and actuators to it.

The content of iron during casting in chill molds is ≤ 0.50%, when casting under pressure ≤ 1.50%. The amount of allowable impurities should be for casting in sand molds and for investment models ≤ 0.60%, casting in chill molds ≤ 0.60%, injection molding ≤ 1.80%.
