Standards

Name Code Standards
Steel pipes and fittings to them В62 GOST 21945-76, GOST 22897-86, TU 14-3-161-73
Non-ferrous metals, including rare, and their alloys В51 OST 1 92077-91, TU 1-5-132-78
Tubes of non-ferrous metals and alloys В64 TU 14-3-615-77, TU 14-3-1913-93, TU 5.961-11774-2001, TU 14-3-820-79

Chemical composition

Standard C Si Fe N Al Ti O Zr
OST 1 92077-91 ≤0.07 ≤0.1 ≤0.2 ≤0.04 0.2-0.7 Rest ≤0.12 0.3
Ti is the basis.
According to OST 1 92077-91 the total allowable content of Cu + Ni ≤ 0.10%, including Ni ≤ 0.08%. The amount of other impurities (not listed in the table, including copper and nickel) ≤ 0.30%. The content of hydrogen in ingots should be ≤ 0.006%. Addition of modifying additives in an amount of ≤ 0.003% is allowed. The alloy modified with boron has an additional index "B".
For pipes of group A in accordance with GOST 21945-76, the maximum mass fraction of hydrogen in the alloy is set to 0.006%.
