Designation GOST Cyrillic В-1341
Designation GOST Latin B-1341
Transliteration V-1341
By chemical elements В-1341

Description

Alloy b-1341 is used: for the manufacture of sheets from the regulated structure, with a thickness of 0.6 to 3.0 mm, is designed for the aviation industry; aircraft products (skins, parts of a set, partitions, mounting assemblies, pipelines, welded tanks for different purposes) working in the temperature range from -70 °C to +150 °C. the Use of thin sheets (1.5 mm) in the weld cylinder operating under internal pressure, instead of the alloy sheets of Amg4 (up to 3 mm) provides tightness at the base metal and reduce weight by 35−40%. Applied in a new regional aircraft SSJ. Can be applied in the construction of land transport (fuel tanks, etc.). Mastered the industrial production of all kinds of semi-finished products.

Note

High-tech corrosion resistant weldable alloy of medium strength. The developed industrial technology of production of sheets with thickness of 0.6−3.0 mm with a grain size of less than 50 microns, which ensures their high workability in cold forming.
