According to the OST 1 90090-79 in steel 06Х17Н10Г2С2Л (VNL-12) deviations from the mass fraction of elements are allowed: for silicon, manganese ± 0.050% for each chromium ± 0.15%, for nickel ± 0.15%, for sulfur ± 0.010 %. The presence of rare-earth elements in an amount of not more than 0.10% is allowed in the steel. In steel, the nitrogen content is up to 0.070%.
