Weldability Without the limitations of manual and automatic arc and gas welding. For RDS is recommended to use electrodes EA-400/10U, and VAW-13, providing resistance of welded joints to intergranular corrosion. For automatic welding using wire SV-04Х19Н11 and SV-06Х19Н10М3Т in combination with fluxes an-26, ANF-14, FSA. For joints of NPP equipment recommended automatic arc welding auto-crimp and manual arc welding with coated electrodes. For manual arc welding using electrodes of the EA-400/10U; for automatic submerged arc - wire Св04Х19Н11МЗ flux RP-6, welding wire SV-08Х19Н10МЗБ with flux an-26; for welding in shielding gas Ar welding wire SV-04Х19Н11МЗ or SV-08Х19Н10МЗБ. To relieve residual stresses, welding in the event welding electrodes type e-07Х19Н1 1М3Г2Ф (grade EA-400/10U, EA-400 S, St. 04Х19Н11МЗ wire, etc.), welded assemblies are subjected to tempering in air 970-1020 °C (aged for at least 2.5 minutes/mm of maximum wall thickness, but not less than 1 hour). In the case of welding wire SV 04Х19Н11М3 or electrodes type e-07Х19Н11М3Г2Ф (grade EA-400/10U, EA-400/10T, wire St 04Х19Н11М3, etc.) applied annealing in air from 950-1050 °C (aged for at least 2.5 minutes/mm of maximum wall thickness, but not less than 1 hour).
The temperature of forging Start - 1180 °C, the end - 850 °C. the cross Sections up to 300 mm are cooled in air.
Machinability Satisfactorily handled under special conditions.
Features of heat treatment Products hromonikelevoj steel stabilized with titanium, to remove residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking may be subjected to heat treatment according to the requirement stipulated in the draft mode which should be agreed with specialized organization. Steel products are subjected to hardening in order to improve the overall corrosion resistance and ductility, to eliminate the tendency to intergranular corrosion. Hardening is carried out according to mode: heating to 1050-1100 °C, cooling in water or air. The holding time at the heating for hardening to products with a wall thickness up to 10 mm - 30 min, over 10 mm - 20 min + 1 min per 1 mm maximum thickness. Products with wall thickness up to 10 mm is to be cooled in the air, more than 10 mm in water. Welded parts of complex configuration in order to avoid the leash is to be cooled in the air. To give steel the greatest plasticity and the elimination of the structure of the Sigma phase quenching is recommended when heated to the upper limit. Heat treatment nesvorny products to relieve internal stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be carried out in the following mode: heating up to 900±10°C, exposure time of 2-3 h, air cooling. Welded components manufactured from steel hromonikelevoj with the use of unregulated electrodes, to remove residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be subjected to heat treatment regime: heating to a 1020-1060 °C, exposure 2 h, air cooling. Products for welded low carbon pure austenitic electrodes, heat-treated to relieve residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking should be carried out according to mode: heating to a 1020-1060 °C, exposure 2 h, cooling with the furnace to 300 °C, then in air. Products, welded electrodes, stabilized by niobium, should be termoobrabotki to relieve residual stresses and prevent stress corrosion cracking according to the mode: heating up to 1100-1140 °C, exposure 2 h, cooling with the furnace to 300 °C, then in air.
