Representatives of JSC «Volgograd Aluminum Plant» recently reported that the leadership of the organization intends for the current year to increase the share of products with high added value (for the most part it's alloys) to levels exceeding half of the total production. This spring, JSC «Volgograd Aluminum Plant» produced and shipped to the potential partner of the Rostov region experimental batch of aluminum alloy — 20 tons of metal pigs (this refined structure doped with magnesium and silicon, it is widely used in the production of spare parts for cars, and, particularly useful for the casting wheel).
