Technical specifications

Ribbons must meet the requirements of GOST 2170-73 according to the technological procedure, made of НП1, НП2, НПЗ, NP4 in soft (annealed), half-hard and hard (not annealed) condition. Mild nickel tapes with the thickness of 0.15 mm and more, with the width of more than 60 mm are produced with a flawless double-sided surface brushing by steel brushes.

Quality

According to GOST 2170-73 the tapes surface must be clean, free of dirt, and smooth, without films, cracks, bubbles, delaminations, scale, shells, dents, scratches and rolls. Local risks, dents, roll impressions are allowed on the surface, which do not lead out of the belt during control stripping over half of the thickness limit deviations. Traces of unburned grease, discoloration and local darkening on the surface of strips intended for the manufacture of components for electric vacuum and semiconductor devices are not allowed. Local light spots and stripes on stripped surface are allowed.
