Calculation
To determine the weight per linear meter of tantalum foil, sheet or strip, simply multiply the cross-sectional area of the corresponding profile in cm2 by its length, and by the density of the rolled product. It is known that the density of tantalum is, depending on the chemical purity of the metal, from 16.6 to 16.7 g/cm3.
