1.1. Sizes of seamless tubes of small sizes from alloys of 1M and VT1−00 and tolerances (in mm) shall be as specified below.

1.3. The curvature of the pipe at any section of 1 m length should not exceed 3 mm for pipes of high accuracy and 5 mm for pipes of ordinary precision.
1.4. Ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should be within the permissible deviations in outside diameter and wall thickness.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipes are made from titanium alloys and 1M BT1−00, the chemical composition which must comply with the technical conditions for the workpiece. The chemical composition of the alloy is taken from the certificate of the supplier of billets.
2.2. Tubes are delivered in heat treated and pickled condition.
2.3. On the surface of the tubes should not be alteromonas layer.
2.4. The outer and inner surfaces of the pipes should be clean, bright and do not have cracks, captive, deep scratches and deep satnav.
2.5. Mechanical properties of tubes at room temperature in the delivery condition must meet the following standards.

2.7. Tubes in the delivery condition must succumb to the technological tests by winding of 3−5 turns on a mandrel with a diameter of not more than 1.3 of the outer diameter of the pipe. A sign of validity is the absence of cracks visible to the naked eye.
2.8. The pipe ends must be cut at right angle. Allowed notching pipe with a file with subsequent fracture.
