Description

Copper M1r is used: for the production of current conductors; high-quality bronze, not containing tin; cold-rolled foil and strip, cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets and plates of General purpose; drawn tubes of rectangular and square section, intended for the manufacture of the conductors of the windings of stators of electrical machines with liquid cooling; drawn and cold-rolled pipes used in heat exchangers; drawn capillary tubes used in propose hypersound or ultras and instrumentation and refrigeration equipment; seamless drawn pipes used in drinking water systems, hot and cold water, water (steam) heating, cooling, sewage, water treatment plants and gas supply; hot-rolled plates for the manufacture of parts of plants nepreryvnoi mold casting; round welding wire and welding rods round drawn and extruded with a diameter of from 1.2 to 8.0 mm designed for automatic welding in inert gas, submerged arc and gas welding non-critical structures of copper, as well as the manufacture of electrodes for welding copper and cast iron.

Note

Copper M1r obtained by melting of cathodes and scrap copper deoxidation with phosphorus.
Copper grade M1r in chemical composition to the copper grade Cu-DLP at Euronorm EN 1652:1998.

Cu is the basis.
According to GOST 1173-2006, GOST 1535-2006 and GOST 859-2001 the total content of Cu + Ag is ≥ 99.90%. Copper, intended for the electrical industry and subject to testing for electrical conductivity, is additionally indicated by the letter E at the end of the mark: M1pE.
According to STP M371-87, the phosphorus content in hot-rolled plates should be in the range of 0.004-0.012%.
