Weldability The alloy is welded by automatic argon arc welding with non-consumable electrode in a continuous mode, manual argon-arc welding with non-consumable electrode (filler or without filler material), combined welding methods. Allowed the use of manual arc welding with coated electrodes. To improve the overall corrosion resistance, resistance to the ICC and relieve residual stresses of the welded assemblies are subjected to hardening in air, 1050-1080 °C (aged for at least 2.5 minutes/mm of maximum wall thickness, but not less than 1 hour). Allowed for welding of the assemblies to conduct heat treatment at 950-970 °C, provided that resistance to the ICC.
The temperature of forging Beginning - 1170 °C, the end of - 900 °C.
Features of heat treatment Products made of alloy for maximum corrosion resistance should be subjected to the annealing regime: heating to 1050-1080 °C, exposure with wall thickness up to 15 mm - 30 min, more than 15 mm - 30 min + 1 min per 1 mm max thickness cooling in water or air. The annealing products of alloy has not been subjected to welding, stress relieving should be carried out at 950 ±10 °C for 2 h, cooling in air. Annealing of weldments from the alloy to relieve stresses should be carried out at 1050±10 °C, hold for 2 h, cooling in air.
Surfacing For the argon arc and TIG welding of sealing and friction surfaces of parts of pipeline fittings are used electrodes and welding rods of alloy 06Х20Н10М3Д3С4Л po RD RTM 26-07-233-79. Before welding the parts must be subjected to preliminary heating in a furnace at a temperature of from 400 to +650 °C. To enhance the corrosion resistance of weld metal and relieve internal stresses after welding should be heat treatment of parts in the following mode: fit into the oven at temperatures up to +500 °C, heating from +950 to +1050 °C, exposure - 1.5 to 2 hours, cooling with the furnace.
