Alloy 36N

Designation

Name The value
Designation GOST Cyrillic 36Н
Designation GOST Latin 36H
Transliteration 36N
By chemical elements 36Ni

Description

Alloy 36N used: for the manufacture of parts of instruments, requiring constant size in the range of climatic temperatures; as the passive layer in the manufacture of thermostatic bimetallic, is used for making sensitive to the temperature change of the elements of control and measuring instruments and apparatus.
When using alloy grade 36N and the active layer of the alloy 75GND made thermobimetals brand ТБ200/113 (ТБ2013), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of the devices (thermal relay, fuse, thermometers and so on.).
When using alloy grade 36N and the active layer of the alloy 20NG made thermobimetals brand ТБ148/79 (ТБ1523), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of devices (compensators, relay protection, etc.).
When using alloy grade 36N and the active layer of the alloy 24NKH made thermobimetals brand ТБ138/80 (ТБ1423), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of devices (relays, regulators, pulse sensors, fuses, etc.).
When using alloy grade 36N and the active layer of the alloy 19NKH made thermobimetals brand ТБ129/79 (ТБ1323), which is used for the manufacture of heat-sensitive elements of devices (relays, regulators, pulse sensors, fuses, etc.).

Note

Alloy with a minimum CTE of 1.5·10-6 deg-1 in the temperature range from minus 60 to plus 100 °C.
Thermobimetals ТБ200/113 (ТБ2013) with high coefficient sensitivity (30−36)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electric resistance (the 1.08−1.18) Ω·mm2/m.
Thermobimetals ТБ148/79 (ТБ1523) with high coefficient sensitivity (21−25)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electrical resistance (0,77−0,82) Ohm·mm2/m.
Thermobimetals ТБ138/80 (ТБ1423) with high coefficient sensitivity (20−24)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electrical resistance (0,77−0,84) Ohm·mm2/m.
Thermobimetals ТБ129/79 (ТБ1323) with high coefficient sensitivity (18,5−22,5)·10-6 deg-1, with a high specific electrical resistance (0,76−0,83) Ohm·mm2/m.
