Description

03Х12Н8К5М2ТЮ steel is used: for the production of bodies of rocket motors, artillery guns and small guns, hulls of submarines, submersibles, high-load disc turbines, gear wheels, spindles, worm pairs and other parts operating at temperatures up to 500 °C.

Note

Partenitskaya corrosion resistant heat resistant steel with higher structural stability in the temperature range from cryogenic to +500 °C.

According to TU 14-1-3448-82, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 03Х12Н8К5М2ТЮ-ВИ (ЗИ90-ВИ). The total content of silicon and manganese should not be more than 0.20%. Yttrium and hafnium are introduced into steel at 0.010% by calculation without taking into account the carbon monoxide and their content in the steel is not determined by chemical analysis. It is permitted to introduce into the steel mischmetal instead of yttrium and hafnium from the calculation of the REM additive in the amount of 0.010% without taking into account the fumes. The content of REM by chemical analysis is not determined. In the finished product deviations from the established standards of chemical composition are allowed: for carbon +0,020%, for molybdenum ± 0,50%, for the sum of silicon and manganese +0,150%, for cobalt +0,50%, for titanium ± 0,10%. In agreement with the consumer, other deviations are allowed.
