According to GOST R 51394-99, GOST 31622-2012 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 03H18N16M3 (ZI133). Mass fractions of chromium and molybdenum in steel should satisfy the condition: 3% Mo +% Cr ≥26. Magnesium (not more than 0.030%) and aluminum (no more than 0.25%) as technological additives are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined. Deviation by mass fraction of silicon plus 0.40% is allowed. Permissible deviations of the chemical composition of finished rolled products are in accordance with GOST 5632.
According to TU 14-123-134-95 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 03H18N16M3-VD (ZI133-VD).
