Macrostructure and pollution On the other 14-1-896-74 macrostructure when checking for cross etched templeto should not have shrink holes, porosity, bubbles, cracks, delamination, inclusions and placenow visible to the naked eye. Considered to be permissible defects not exceeding 1 point according to GOST 10243.
Particularities of production of goods On the other 14-1-896-74 bars hot rolled and forged are supplied without heat treatment. At the request of the consumer, specified in the order are controlled by the magnetic properties of steel 03-VI (VAW-VI) after the heat treatment of steel (Annealed without access of air at temperatures below 800 °C (extract 4-10 h), cooling oven with a speed of 30 °C/hour to 500 °C and then in air): - the coercive force of ≤ 64 A/m (0,8 e); - the Maximum magnetic permeability of ≥ 15 G/m·103 (12000 Gauss/OE).
