Description

10Г2ФБ steel is used: for the manufacture of continuous cast slabs, rolled sheets and plates; spirally welded pipes with outer diameter of 1420 mm in construction of main gas pipelines on working pressure up to 7.4 MPa (75 kgf/cm2), designed to transport gas corrosionresisting; ekspandirovannogo electrically welded pipes with a diameter 711−1420 mm; welded longitudinal pipes of K60 strength group for the construction of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and oil product pipelines.

According to TU 14-3-1363-97, steel can be treated with liquid synthetic slags and / or solid slag-forming mixtures, as well as complex powder materials containing calcium, rare earth materials, zirconium in a stream of argon. The total content of the latter should be 0.001-0.020%. The carbon equivalent of the ladle sample is ≤ 0.43%.
According to TU 14-3-1573-96 carbon equivalent of Se ≤ 0.43%. It is allowed to introduce into the steel a technological additive silicocalcium or rare-earth materials (REM) at the rate of 0.5-2.0 kg per 1 ton of steel.
