According to TU 14-1-4622-89 the chemical composition is given for steel 10ХН3МД-Ш. Vanadium and aluminum are introduced by calculation. The content of vanadium, aluminum and calcium is optional. Vanadium and calcium are calculated and injected into steel without correction for carbon monoxide. The deviation of the vanadium content from the established rate is not a sign of marriage. Allowed the introduction of calcium in combination with barium in the amount of 0.030%. The content of calcium (calcium and barium) is not controlled. In the initial metal, the following is allowed: deviation of the mass fraction of carbon ± 0.010%; an increase in the mass fraction of aluminum by 0.010%; an increase in the mass fraction of nickel by 0.10%.
According to TU 14-1-4746-89, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 10ХНЗМД-Ш (АБ2-Ш2). The mass fraction of vanadium, aluminum and calcium is calculated and introduced into steel without correction for carbon monoxide. Calculation of the mass fraction of vanadium is made taking into account its residual content. The mass fraction of vanadium and aluminum in the steel is determined by chemical analysis and is entered with a certificate. The deviation of the content of vanadium and aluminum from the design norm is not a sign of acceptance. Allowed the introduction of calcium in combination with barium in a total of 0.030%. The content of calcium (calcium and barium) is not controlled, but enter into the certificate its estimated amount. In the case of checking the chemical composition of steel in ingots of ESR, the lower limit for the content of silicon is not limited.
