In the finished metal, deviations from the chemical composition standards are allowed: for carbon +0,020%, for manganese and silicon ± 0.050% for each, for molybdenum +0.10%, for chromium ± 0.10%, for vanadium ± 0.030%. Cerium is introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined.
