АУ10Е steel is used: for the production of bars with special surface finish diameter of 1−6 mm, used for the manufacture of parts for watches exposed to the subsequent thermal treatment.

The break should be free of voids, supernote, delaminations, cracks, bubbles and inclusions visible to the naked eye. Decarbonisation on the bars is not allowed.
