OMZ Special Steels Company received a certificate of PPP

Russian manufacturer of large parts of the special stamps metal — the company «OMZ Special Steels» — received a certificate of conformity stainless, carbon and alloy alloys manufactured at the facilities of the organization, PPP requirements (Russian River Register). Thus, the organization has once again confirmed the high quality of its products, produced for the needs of the shipbuilding industry of the Russian Federation.

Federal Autonomous Institution Russian River Register — the agency that monitors quality issues in the field of design, construction, maintenance and operation of inland (river) and mixed swimming. Its structure includes a main control (Moscow) and 14 regional branches. The above certificate issued by representatives of institutions to companies operating in the sector of production of materials and products for installation on ships, for 2 years.

«OMZ Special Steels» LLC — one of the companies of the holding «OMZ». The company, established on the basis of production capacity in 2002 Izhora Plants, specializes in the production of large forgings (weighing up to 230 tons) and hot-rolled plates (up to 45 cm thick) from own production of special steels. The range of the company includes more than 300 kinds of alloys with different properties, ranging from plain carbon steel, stainless steel finishing formulations with special characteristics. Besides the products manufactured by domestic state standards, «OMZ Special Steels» specialists also mastered the production of steel by foreign standards, including — ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, NFA. As the largest forging production in Europe, the company supplies its products not only to the domestic market, but also to customers from the CIS (including — buyers from Ukraine and Kazakhstan), as well as customers from Spain, Austria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Ireland, Finland and other countries. The main consumers of «OMZ Special Steels» — the traditional enterprise and nuclear power, oil and gas and mining industries, as well as shipbuilding company, to which the organization has been cooperating for more than 10 years.
