Hot deformation

Copper ingots are subjected to rolling mainly in a hot state. Hot rolling is difficult because of the intensive formation of oxides on the surface of the metal, which is why rolling rolls have to be coated with special compositions. Since the degree of deformation of copper during rolling should not exceed 30%, the multi-stand mills are used to obtain the desired range of metals.

3. Continuous recrystallization annealing on the resist annealing attachment.
4. Receiving wire on the spooler or reeler.
5. Strapping, weighing and packaging of coils.
6. Finished product storage and shipment.
