Application

Welding wire Sv-07Cr25Ni13 (or Sv-07Cr25Ni13-e) is used for welding of the most critical equipment of the rolled and cast heat-resisting steels: 20X23N18, 20X23Ni13 and the like, which are operated at temperatures up to 1000 °C in an oxidizing environment. It is possible to weld 25Х25Н20С2 steel, chromium steel 15Х25Т and the like, as well as to weld low-alloyed and carbon steel with high-alloyed austenitic steel. Welding equipment consisting of two-layer steel with an alloyed layer of steel grades 12X18H10T and 12X18H9T and for surfacing the intermediate layer and corrosion-resistant coating of pearlitic class steels on the parts. Sv-07Cr25Ni13 welding wire is produced in accordance with GOST 2246-70, RD 03-613-03 and technical conditions 1220-005-84 823 540-2010. From it the electrodes OZL-19, O3L-6, CL-9, LEZ-99, ZIO-8, OZSH-6, EA-48M/22, OZSH-8 are produced, intended for cladding (welding).
