Corrosion resistance

Nickel exclusively stands:

— in cold and hot neutral alkaline solutions of salts (nitrites, carbonates, sulfates, acetates, chlorides), which do not possess oxidative properties.

— in non-oxidizing diluted organic and inorganic acids at moderate or low temperatures;

— to a temperature of 540 °C in contact with hydrogen chloride, dry chlorine, hydrogen fluoride and fluorine. To a temperature of 320 °C in contact with dry sulfur dioxide. At temperatures up to 350 °C in hydroxyl potassium and sodium.

Welding НП1А-ID

Welding apparatus and vessels made of Nickel is TIG manual welding with non-consumable electrodes and manual arc welding.
