Production

Titanium tube can be seamless and welded, hot-rolled and cold-rolled. The first stage of titanium tube production is workpiece making, the second is machine processing of work pieces. Tubes and pipes can be rolled to exact size optionally.

In any thermal condition such tubes save its shapes and service properties. Cold-rolled and hot-rolled titanium pipes as usual are heat-treated and have etched surface. Hot-called pipes are usually machine processed in internal and external diameter and then are distributed to customer.

Welded tubing titanium is made of titanium flat sections and stainless steel alloys.

Application

Titanium pipes and tubes are widely used in jet technics production, shipbuilding, petrochemical industry and well-drilling. Titanium pipe and tube is also widely used in natural gas and oil production and related sectors, where use of other alloys is it is not judicious.

Titanium tube grades and marking

Titanium tube grade 2 is light and durable. Titanium products VТ are used in natural gas and oil production.

Titanium tubing grade 2 can be cold-rolled and hot-rolled. The first stage of titanium pipe and tube production is workpiece making, the second is machine processing of workpieces. They can be measured out to any sizes and sent to customer. Titanium tube and pipe are required in many industries.

Commercially pure tubing titanium is made of unique titanium alloy. Titanium grade 2 is resistant to corrosion-environment, temperatures (from -250 250° С to +150° С). Substantial electrical resistance and nonmagnetic are significant in electrical engineering and radio electronics.

Commercially pure tubing titanium is corrosion-resistant and chemically inert, it can be used in deep-sea oil production, gas-field development and well-drilling.

Grade 1 is less pour than grade 2. Titanium tube OT is resistant to organic, salt and temperature difference. It can be used in gas and oil-production industries.

Outer diameter: 0, 2 – 38 mm. Wall thickness 0, 07-8 mm.

ASTM titanium alloy grade: titanium grade 1, titanium grade 2, titanium grade 3, titanium grade 5, titanium grade 7, titanium grade 9 and others.

We deliver ANSI pipes from ¼” and up to 42”. Seamless pipes from ¼” to and including 3” (88,9mm). Welded pipes from “1 and including 42”.  We also deliver pipes in millimeter measures, ranging from 6 to 60 mm in seamless and from 50 to1000 mm in welded condition.

Pipes with OD and wall thickness outside standard gauges can be made upon request. Pipes with very heavy wall thickness can be made out of round bar, drilled or extruded to size.
