Evek GmbH offers to buy forgings, rounds and bars from ball bearing steels of ShKh15, 100Cr6, 1/3505, AISI 52100 grades. Economical price from the manufacturer is guaranteed. Purchase forgings and rolled products of these steels can be delivered to any location specified by the customer.

Chemical composition

Steels of this class are characterized by an increased content of carbon and chromium, which increase the hardness and wear resistance of bearing units. ShKh15 steel, which is produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST 801, has the following composition:

Element Carbon Silicon Manganese Chrome Nickel Copper
Percentage content 0,95...1,05 0,17...0,37 0,20...0,40 1,30...1,65 Up to 0.30 Up to 0.30

As metallurgical impurities in the composition of steel SHC15 present sulfur (in an amount not exceeding 0.02%) and phosphorus (in an amount not exceeding 0.027%).

Foreign analogues of steel ShKh15 are AISI 52100 (melted in the United States), 100Cr6 and 1.3505 (melted in Europe). Their composition is somewhat different from their domestic counterparts, as shown in the table below:

Element Carbon Silicon Manganese Chrome Molybdenum Copper Aluminum
Percentage content 0,93...1,05 0,15...0,35 0,25...0,45 1,35...1,60 Up to 0.10 Up to 0.30 Up to 0.30

The percentage of impurities - sulfur and phosphorus - is limited to 0.025% for each element. In addition, the content of bound oxygen in the steels is allowed in an amount not exceeding 0.0015%.

Evek GmbH offers to buy bulk rolled products and forgings of ball bearing steel grades ShKh15, 100Cr6, 1.3505, AISI 52100. The price - from the manufacturer. The supplier guarantees strict adherence to deadlines for product delivery, and to the location specified by the customer.

Properties and application

The ball bearing steels are supplied in accordance with EN ISO 683-17 and DIN 17350. The annealed steels have the following physical and mechanical properties:

  • Tensile strength, MPa - 590...730;
  • ultimate ductility, MPa - 390...510;
  • Relative elongation, % - 15...20;
  • Relative narrowing, % - 25...15;
  • Brinell hardness, HB - 179...207.

Characteristics depend on the cooling mode, heating temperature, as well as the material grade. Steels are characterized by high sensitivity to the formation of flokens, as well as to brittleness after tempering. They can be ground well.

Company Evek GmbH offers to buy at producer price rounds, bars, forgings of steels ShKh15, 100Cr6, 1.3505, AISI 52100. Product delivery to any location specified by the customer is guaranteed.
