Characteristics

44NKhTU precision alloy belongs to the alloys with specified elasticity characteristics which are used in the manufacture of fine wires and tapes for elastic sensitive elements of gyroscopes, form suspensions, rotors, density meters, designed for the work at t° up to 200°C. The hardness of 44NKhTU grade is HB = 30-32 MPa. It is a highly alloyed iron-nickel alloy with additions of titanium, chromium and other elements. The unique physical and technical qualities (thermal, elastic, magnetic, electrical) are achieved by optimal ratio of elements, absence of harmful impurities, verified processing technology. The production is regulated by TU 14-1-3074-80.
