Fe is the basis.
To TU 14-1-5581-2009 Simultaneously two obligatory additional conditions must be fulfilled:
Nickel equivalent =% Ni + 32% C + 0.6% Mn +% Cu = 40.08 - 46, 870%;
Equivalent chromium =% Cr + 3% Ti +% V +% Mo + 1.6% Si + 0.6% Nb = 21.322 - 26.39%.
The mass fraction of cerium is not determined, it is ensured by the technology of production of the alloy adopted at the plant.
