The technology of obtaining
It is established that the behavior of tantalum ingots for pressure treatment is strongly influenced by the impurity content of the introduction (e.g., oxygen, nitrogen, carbon). The tantalum ingots, with the exception of ingots with extremely low content of impurities implementation directly in the cast condition at low temperatures are easily fractured. Therefore, the technology of producing tantalum ingots involves the transition of the destruction of the cast structure with forging or pressing.
