According to TU 14-1-1958-77 the chemical composition is given for steel 08Х20Н12АБФ. Deviations from the chemical composition are permissible: nitrogen +0,030%, molybdenum + 0,030%. By agreement of the parties, other deviations from the content of the elements in the steel are allowed. The residual content of the elements in steel should comply with GOST 5632.
|Pressure treatment||The samples laminated at various temperatures in the range 900-1100 °C and subjected to immediate quenching in water after vtmo have higher strength properties, especially the yield strength compared to conventional heat treatment. With decreasing temperature of deformation strength characteristics and the hardness of the steel increases, elongation decreases slightly, virtually unchanged relative narrowing. With decreasing temperature of deformation significantly increases the pressure rolling. The resistance to deformation of steel 08Х20Н12АБФ at a temperature of 900-1100 °C 20-30 MPa higher than that of steel at 08Х18Н12ТФ.|
|Macrostructure and pollution||Macrostructure of steel ingots of square cross-section on the other 14-1-1958-77, weighing up to 3.5 tons in the technology of redistribution and norms trimmings (if redistribution is not less than - head trimmings 18%, trimming the bottom 2.5 percent) should not have shrinkage, inclusions, blowholes, cracks and delamination visible to the naked eye.|
