Sv-04Х19Н11М3 (Sv-04Х19Н11М3-e) wire

The wire is designed for cladding and welding the most critical construction units consisting of dissimilar steels. For example, carbon steels with difficult-to-weld tool stampings (alloyed steels). The wire is also used for manual arc welding of equipment made of chromium-nickel-molybdenum and chromium-nickel corrosion-resistant steels, which operate at t° up to 350 °C infor welding on the edges of parts made of pearlitic steels the second layer when welding with austenitic steels. This wire is also used for welding assemblies of gas and steam turbines of forged heat-resistant and austenitic cast steel grades: 08Х16Н13М2 В, 15Х14Н14М2ВФБГ, 20Х23Н13 and similar, which are operated at t°550-600°С, as well as for implementation of repair of cast defects from these grades of steels.

This wire is used in the welding of critical equipment made of chromium-nickel-molybdenum corrosion-resistant steels of the grades: 10Х17Н13М3Т, 10Х17Н13М2Т, 08Х21Н6М2Т and their equivalents in cases where severe requirements are set to the resistance of the weld to intergranular corrosion and for cladding hot and cold cuts, as well as for wear parts of machines. From this wire produce electrodes of the following grades: EA-400/10U, O3L-27, EA-400/10T, KTI-5, EA-902/14, UONI-13/HF, DT-26, HF-13, NIAT-1.
