Particularities of production of goods The developed technology of smelting is the technology of the preliminary and final deoxidation of the molten steel REM provides low level of impurities at the level of: sulfur – 0,0002 – about 0.0006 %, nitrogen – 0.0016 inch – 0,0025 %, oxygen – 0,0007 – 0,0010 %, and the stability of the assimilation of the main alloying elements to a value of ± 0.1 %. Doping with beryllium steel significantly improves its properties, and, in the first place, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, modulus of elasticity etc.
Features of heat treatment Bars supplied in the annealed condition. Annealing is performed according to the mode: heating at a temperature of 950-980 °C holding time at this temperature for 2-4 hours; then cooling with the furnace not more than 30 °C per hour to 680 °C; exposure at this temperature for 18-24 hours; then cooling with the furnace to 300-350 °C, then in air. The mode of heat treatment of the samples: annealing temperature 930-950 °C in butter, cold treatment at a temperature not higher than minus 70 °C for -2 hours PLI in liquid nitrogen for 30 minutes, twice a vacation at a temperature of 460-470 °C for 2 hours.
