According to TU 14-1-5490-2004, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 30G1R.
According to TU 14-134-300-92, the chemical composition is given for steel grade 30G1R. Aluminum is introduced into steel in accordance with the calculation without taking into account the carbon monoxide, while its residual content (over the ladle sample) should not be less than 0.010%. Titanium is administered by calculation (without allowance for carbon monoxide) before the introduction of boron. The residual content of titanium in the finished rolled product must be at least 0.030%. Boron is introduced by calculation (without allowance for carbon monoxide) in an amount of 0.0030-0.0050% after deoxidation with aluminum and introduction of titanium. The content of residual elements and allowable deviations in chemical composition in finished rolled products are in accordance with GOST 4543.
