GOST 4543-71 regulates the content of high-quality steel: P≤0,025%; S≤0.015%; Сu≤0.25%.
According to TU 14-1-2765-79 the chemical composition is given for steel 30ХГСА-Ш.
According to TU 14-1-3238-81 for steel grade 30ХГСА-СШ the content of S≤0.015%. For steel grade 30ХГСА (select), the carbon content is set at C = 0.27-0.32%.
According to TU 14-3-674-78 the chemical composition is given for steel 30ХГСА-ВД.
According to GOST 19277-73 the chemical composition is given for steel 30ХГСА-ВД; steel grade 30HGSA must have a chemical composition in accordance with GOST 4543. When smelting steel skapprotsessom the mass fraction of copper should be ≤ 0.25% in steels of grades 30ХГСА and 30ХГСА-ВД. The maximum deviation in chemical composition is in accordance with GOST 4543. For steel grade 30ХГСА-ВД the total mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus should not exceed 0.25%, a deviation in manganese plus 0.1 and minus 0.2% is allowed.
According to GOST 21729-76 the chemical composition is given for steel 30ХГСА-ВД; steel grade 30HGSA must have a chemical composition in accordance with GOST 4543. When smelting steel skapprotsessom the mass fraction of copper should be ≤ 0.25% in steels of grades 30ХГСА and 30ХГСА-ВД. The maximum deviation in chemical composition is in accordance with GOST 4543. For steel grade 30ХГСА-ВД the total mass fraction of sulfur and phosphorus should not exceed 0.22%.
According to TU 14-1-1885-85 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 30ХГСА-ВД. To ensure the required grain size, it is allowed to introduce vanadium in the steel smelting at the rate of its content in steel no more than 0.10%, the content of which in steel is not determined. The presence of tungsten to 0.20%, molybdenum to 0.15%, titanium to 0.030% is not a defect. The allowable variation in manganese content in steel is + 0.010 / -0.020%.
