Description

30Х2Н2ВФМА steel is used: for the production of hot rolled bars with diameter and side of a square of 300 mm and forged bars sizes up to 200 mm, intended for the subsequent manufacture of critical parts of high strength and toughness, working in conditions of alternating loads (crankshafts, gears, connecting rods, etc.).

Note

Alloy structural steel high quality. Steel is smelted in open furnaces (30Х2Н2ВФМА) or by electroslag remelting (30Х2Н2ВФМА-W).

According to TU 14-1-2847-79 the chemical composition is given for steel 30Х2Н2ВФМА. Limit content of residual copper should not exceed 0.25%. For steel 30Х2Н2ВФМА-Ш the sulfur content should not be more than 0,012%, phosphorus - not more than 0,020%. In the finished rolled steel, subject to compliance with the requirements of these specifications, deviation from the chemical composition in accordance with Table 2 TU 14-1-950-86 with the following addition is allowed: for steel 30Х2Н2ВФМА-Ш deviation in silicon ± 0,050%. In steel, a partial replacement of tungsten with residual molybdenum is allowed, from the calculation: one part of molybdenum replaces three parts by weight of tungsten, with tungsten in steel not less than 0.60%.
